Smoked Festive Gammon (1-1.3kg)
Our delicious festive ham is excellently smoked by our Welsh Charcutiers, these are guaranteed to bring a wow factor to your dinner table this Christmas.
Cover with water, bring to a a boil. Simmer for 20mins plus 20 mins per pound – i.e. 75 mins for these hams. Leave to cool in stock, stock can be used for soups such as ham and pea soup. At this point the ham is ready to eat, cover with a marmalade or a honey and mustard mix and place in hot oven for 15min.
