This handmade fresh egg pasta is source of pride of the Langa gastronomy.  We solely use high quality raw materials, such as yolks of barn eggs and flours from our farmers. In this case, squid-ink is added to create a delicious combination which can be tasted with our seafood pasta sauce or simply with a knob of butter. (250g)
